Continuing education and training is a core value of our agency. Therefore, we have partnered with a leading provider of education to offer our staff unlimited training opportunities. Every caregiver is required to complete the Caregiver Core Certification “CCC” program which is a comprehensive training program developed to improve the level of care provided. Upon completion of the CCC, we promote and encourage career growth by providing additional specialized certifications in Dementia Care, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, End of Life and Post Hospitalization Care. Our extensive training program enables our caregivers to provide industry leading level of care.
