Hearts at Home Senior Care team is expanding! We’re pleased to announce that Megan Barr, RN has joined the team as Director of Nursing.  She has more than 9 years of experience in long term care service our elder population.  We’re also pleased to announce Faith Daniels has joined the team as a Scheduling Coordinator and part of the Leadership Development Program.  Faith has been in healthcare for 15 years and a variety of roles.  Both of these talented individuals have already improved our quality of care and team culture in a short period of time!
